                                     6) after you waited for 11 minutes go to the recruitment program

                                     7)  click on recruit 

                                      8) react to the poll

                                      9) you will be give the role of the grinder after you react to the poll

                                      10)  now go back to the recruitment program and click on gmr rc

                                      11)  now submit the rc in the gmr rc tab

                                      12) after we have looked into your rc we will dm you for tryouts.
